Virtual Design Questionnaire

Our intake process starts with a questionnaire where you’ll provide information about yourself, your space, as well as photos, inspiration, and any existing plans. We find it most helpful if all the decision-makers are involved in this.

The questionnaire should take between 30-45 minutes to complete.
